Your Role

As a Logistics Support Analysis Engineer, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to shaping the future of rail mobility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing performance allocation in alignment with Design for Serviceability (DFS) objectives.
  • Formulating maintenance strategies and designing Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) components.
  • Identifying and defining spare parts requirements.
  • Validating support solutions and preparing associated maintenance documentation, special tools, and training resources.
  • Maintaining and updating data in the Integrated Service Readiness (ISR) repository.
  • Leading the LSA team during project tenders and execution.
  • Coordinating LSA activities to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments.
  • Drafting the LSA Management plan.
  • Ensuring effective technical collaboration with various engineering teams.
  • Applying DFS principles to subsystems.
  • Collecting and utilizing Return of Experience (REX) insights.
  • Defining the Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in accordance with the Design Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Developing and optimizing maintenance plans and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) calculations.
  • Managing supplier relationships to fulfill ISR requirements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the LSA database.
  • Aligning spare part consumption models with maintenance strategies.
  • Reviewing technical maintenance documentation and training materials.

Candidate Profile

We prioritize enthusiasm and a proactive attitude over extensive experience. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Life Cycle Cost (LCC) within relevant sectors.
  • Fluency in German for business communication and proficiency in English for technical discussions.
  • A passion for data analysis and optimization.
  • Strong supplier management skills and the ability to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
