About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistic Support Analysis Engineer to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and support of our rail mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and designs for Logistic Support Analysis elements, ensuring compliance with DFS targets.
  • Define and manage spare parts, ensuring optimal availability and minimizing costs.
  • Validate support solutions and associated maintenance documentation, special tools, and training toolkits.
  • Manage and capitalize data in the central ISR repository, ensuring seamless integration with our ILS PDM system.
  • Lead the LSA team in tender or project environments, ensuring timely delivery of QCD commitments.
  • Develop and maintain LSA management plans, ensuring alignment with our ISR management plan.
  • Ensure technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling, and Infra teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Apply DFS correctly on Sub System (Component Site), ensuring optimal maintenance and support.
  • Collect and consider Return of Experience (REX) data, ensuring continuous improvement of our maintenance and support processes.
  • Develop and maintain the Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS), ensuring consistency with Design Engineering BOM definitions.
  • Elaborate maintenance plans and LCC calculations, analyzing and optimizing for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses linked to sourcing concerns.
  • Ensure the LSA database (ILS PDM) is defined and completed correctly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure compliance between Spare Part consumption models and maintenance strategies, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
  • Validate content of technical maintenance documentation and training toolkits, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ILS/LCC in related industries.
  • A mechanical or electrical engineering master's degree.
  • Fluent German – business speaking.
  • Good English – technical communication.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with a focus on data analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent supplier management and challenge skills, ensuring optimal results.
  • The ability to think outside the box, generating new ideas and reaching set targets.
