New Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and structured New Business Development Manager to join our team at Omnicom Media Group. As a key member of our New Business Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating various agency functions to maximize results and setting new agency standards to impress clients during pitches.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • As the central point of contact in pitches, you will ensure that the right tasks are completed by the right team members at the right time.
  • You will be responsible for organizing and delivering all pitch requirements, working closely with the Pitch Lead and the pitch team.
  • You will provide advice and support on both content and organization, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • You will oversee the agency's presentation in pitches, including briefing designers, managing vendors, and ensuring a polished appearance at all pitch meetings.
  • You will assist with broader New Business tasks and actively optimize processes to enhance client acquisition.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience in media consulting and a strong understanding of media practices. You should have participated in media pitches and be familiar with the associated challenges.

  • A highly organized and structured mindset.

  • Ability to handle stress and maintain a clear head in time-sensitive situations.
  • Assertiveness and hands-on approach when necessary.
