Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**
The Business Development Manager at Global Blue will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, Marketing, and Sales Support teams.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and market trends to the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
**Requirements**
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Good English language skills (oral and written).
