Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document all sales initiatives and activities.
- Report directly to the regional sales director regarding annual objectives.
- Take full ownership of the business performance for the assigned country/account/customer segment.
- Focus on acquiring new customers and enhancing sales channel growth.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) for key accounts, fostering sales opportunities and developing pipelines.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Oversee partner recruitment and the development of the business ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the Wireless Telecommunications sector.
- Strong comprehension of both direct and channel sales methodologies.
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers.
- Experience in generating and nurturing relationships with potential sales leads.
- Demonstrated responsibility and adaptability in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional local language is advantageous.
