Position: Business Development Manager

Company Overview: Sunwave Communications is a prominent provider of advanced wireless telecommunications solutions catering to the European sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document all sales initiatives and activities.
  • Report directly to the regional sales director regarding annual objectives.
  • Take full ownership of the business performance for the assigned country/account/customer segment.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers and enhancing sales channel growth.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) for key accounts, fostering sales opportunities and developing pipelines.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee partner recruitment and the development of the business ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the Wireless Telecommunications sector.
  • Strong comprehension of both direct and channel sales methodologies.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers.
  • Experience in generating and nurturing relationships with potential sales leads.
  • Demonstrated responsibility and adaptability in a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional local language is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience working in an international context is beneficial.
