The Senior Sales Engineer for EMC Solutions at DENPAFLUX GmbH plays a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives, focusing on our EMC compliance products and services. This position requires a profound understanding of the industry coupled with technical acumen to effectively engage potential clients, close sales, and foster enduring partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership and Client Engagement:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and targeted outreach, specifically aimed at clients involved in the design and manufacturing of electronic products.
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both DENPAFLUX and its clients.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as their primary contact and trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and influence future product enhancements.
Team Leadership and Strategic Contributions:
  • Mentor junior sales representatives, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Commercial Director, ensuring team cohesion and direction.
  • Engage in strategic sales planning, providing insights into market trends and competitive dynamics.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate financial sales reports aligned with strategic objectives.
QualificationsEducational Background:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Significant experience and expertise in engineering processes, particularly in electronic product development.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong familiarity with engineering software and consulting solutions, with a proven ability to integrate these into client offerings.
Sales Expertise:
  • Demonstrated experience in technical sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally within the software or engineering consulting sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a focus on developing deep client connections.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
Communication and Leadership Skills:
  • Relationship-oriented, with a genuine interest in understanding customer motivations and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, able to guide and develop junior team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Organizational Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing multiple complex sales processes concurrently.
Additional Competencies:
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Miro, Notion) is a plus.
