Lead Program Manager for Ecosystem Development

As a Senior Program Manager for Ecosystem Development (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of the In-Center Ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to seamlessly integrate both existing and upcoming products into a cohesive ecosystem strategy by spearheading a groundbreaking cross-functional product development initiative that encompasses various projects across multiple value streams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee a comprehensive program that consolidates all associated products into a unified ecosystem roadmap.
  • Engage in close collaboration with distinct product development initiatives.
  • Identify, manage, and oversee the interfaces and specifications among products within the forthcoming In-Center ecosystem.
  • Synchronize milestones of individual product development efforts to optimize the overall program timeline.
  • Ensure robust program governance and an effective team structure.
  • Implement efficient program reporting and progress monitoring systems.
  • Proactively identify and manage program risks.
  • Align the ecosystem marketing strategy with program objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships; communicate relevant information proactively across the entire organization; escalate conflicts as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management on reporting and governance matters.

Your Qualifications

  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of program management experience.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in a business environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of program and project management, including budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and design controls within MedTech or similarly regulated sectors.
  • Familiarity with dialysis, related products, and clinical workflows.
  • Adept leader with experience in matrix organizations, skilled in both direct and indirect people management.
  • Exceptional team player with outstanding communication abilities.
  • A global perspective and readiness for occasional business travel.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus.
