Lead Program Manager for Ecosystem Development

As a Senior Ecosystem Program Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of the In-Center Ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to seamlessly integrate both existing and forthcoming products into a cohesive ecosystem framework by spearheading an innovative cross-functional product development initiative that encompasses various projects across multiple value streams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee a comprehensive program that consolidates all related products into a unified ecosystem roadmap.
  • Engage in close collaboration with individual product development teams.
  • Identify, manage, and regulate interfaces and specifications among products within the future In-Center ecosystem.
  • Synchronize milestones of individual product development initiatives to optimize the overall program timeline.
  • Ensure robust program governance and an effective team structure.
  • Implement efficient program reporting and progress monitoring mechanisms.
  • Proactively identify and manage program risks.
  • Align the ecosystem marketing strategy with overall objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely communication of relevant information across the entire organization and addressing conflicts as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management on reporting and governance matters.

Your Qualifications

  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of program management experience.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in a business environment.
  • Proficient knowledge in program and project management, including budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
  • A solid understanding of product development processes and design controls within the MedTech sector or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with dialysis, associated products, and clinical workflows.
  • Adept leader with experience in matrix organizations, capable of managing both direct and indirect reports.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
  • A global perspective and willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is advantageous.
