**Job Summary**

The Learning and Development Manager is a key role within the MedTech division of Fresenius Kabi, responsible for creating, implementing, and managing training and development programs across Europe. This position ensures that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the organization's objectives and comply with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to provide a comprehensive learning experience for all employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements in the medical devices industry, including Sales training and CRM.
  • Collaborate with Market Units and Application Specialists to assess training needs and develop training solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in medical devices and learning and development to integrate into training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that all training activities are documented and reported in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Oversee the budget for the learning and development department and ensure cost-effective delivery of all programs.

**Requirements**

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a learning and development position, preferably in the medical device sector.
  • Strong understanding of the European medical devices market and regulatory environment.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, as well as skilled with Microsoft 365, Salesforce (a plus), or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Outstanding skills in communication, presenting, and leading discussions.
  • Excellent skills in organization and managing time effectively, with the capacity to operate autonomously and independently.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe as necessary.
