**Job Summary**
The Learning and Development Manager is a key role within the MedTech division of Fresenius Kabi, responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across Europe.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless learning experience for all employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements in the medical devices industry, including sales training and CRM.
- Collaborate with Market Units and Application Specialists to assess training needs and create tailored training solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in medical devices and learning and development to integrate into training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all training activities are documented and reported in compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee the budget for the learning and development department and ensure cost-effective delivery of all programs.
**Requirements**
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a learning and development position, preferably in the medical device sector.
- Strong understanding of the European medical devices market and regulatory environment.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, as well as skilled with Microsoft 365, Salesforce (a plus), or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Outstanding skills in communication, presenting, and leading discussions.
- Excellent skills in organization and managing time effectively, with the capacity to operate autonomously and independently.
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe as necessary.
