Technical Support Team Manager

In this role, you will take on responsibilities such as:

  • Leading a team of over 10 technical support specialists, organizing tasks, assisting with escalations, and implementing best practices in processes.
  • Contributing to the development strategy of the team, focusing on talent development and retention of key individuals.
  • Analyzing the behavior of technical systems and directing internal efforts to resolve customer issues.
  • Managing internal reporting based on ticket requests.
  • Participating in recruitment activities and conducting job interviews.
  • Assisting the Head of Department in evaluating and managing employee performance.
  • Actively engaging in process improvements and organizing training for the Technical Support team.
  • Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, including Customer Care, Professional Services, and other departments across the organization.

You are well-suited for this role if you possess:

  • Previous experience in leading a technical team, preferably in 2nd line technical support.
  • Advanced knowledge of web-based application configurations (HTTP/SOAP/REST/FTP).
  • Strong technical skills (SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV, MS Office).
  • Familiarity with key Trimble modules and functionalities is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and a willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
  • The ability to motivate and drive a team.
  • Capability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks, delegate responsibilities, and maintain focus on critical objectives.
