Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Alb Zeitarbeit GmbH.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person support
- Install and configure software and hardware as needed
- Develop and maintain software packages for automated laptop installations
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in LAN, WLAN, VPN, and network technologies
- Strong knowledge of software distribution and packaging, including Microsoft 365
- Experience with PowerShell programming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
