Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager Consumables to join our sales team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and recommendations
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of medical devices and consumables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
