Company Overview:

Our client, Headmatch GmbH & Co KG, is a prominent online provider specializing in pharmaceutical and herbal products. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking to enhance a nationwide sales team with a new member in a permanent position.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring and managing new clients within the healthcare sector.
  • Preparing proposals and executing contract agreements.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing comprehensive after-sales support.
  • Engaging in upselling and cross-selling initiatives with current clients.
  • Representing the company at trade fairs.
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Re-engaging lapsed customers.
  • Collaborating with sales management to optimize operational processes.

Candidate Profile:
  • Professional experience in the healthcare industry and B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with clients such as nursing services, outpatient providers, care homes, or senior living facilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a nuanced approach to client interactions.
  • High level of service orientation.
  • Fluent in German, with excellent negotiation skills.
