Business Development Manager Position

Hesai Technology is a leading technology company specializing in LiDAR systems for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), autonomous vehicles, and robotics applications. Our innovative solutions empower industries to achieve safer and more reliable autonomous navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and sales for various industries such as Autonomous Mobility, Surveillance, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Reality Capture, Mapping, and Channel Business.
  • Engage in a proactive sales process focused on top prospects/accounts to drive ambitious sales goals.
  • Manage and support our partner network in the EMEA region.
  • Create a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact.
  • Qualify incoming leads for the EMEA region and arrange effective follow-up.
  • Support EMEA tradeshows and industry conferences to engage with potential prospects and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify customer requirements and communicate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Result-oriented and driven Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of sales experience in the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • Background in selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions is preferred.
