We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our business growth at TalenTailors in Stuttgart. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our commercial operations by developing new customer acquisition strategies. The role also requires supporting the execution of key projects, particularly Global Projects, and the resolution of cross-functional issues. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and fluency in both German and English.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for commercial-related inquiries.
- Voice of customer: Communicate customer needs internally for Quality, Logistic, Purchasing, etc.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations on volumes, pricing, and contractual conditions. Review contracts with the legal department and Sales Director.
- Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive industry. Develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate forecasts and reports. Monitor sales performance and ensure process flows are respected.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for effective execution of commercial strategies.
- Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the automotive industry.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
