About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Nanjing Taorui Business Management Consulting Co., Ltd. as a key member of our Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the automotive industry, particularly with German OEMs such as BMW and Benz.
  • Build and execute sales strategies to expand our business in the automotive sector, focusing on comfortable parts, chrome parts, and metal speaker grille parts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Support the Sales Administration Manager in reporting activities and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical skills in areas such as project management, marketing, and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
