About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Engineer to join our DACH Region team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our logistics operations and driving cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve logistics efficiency
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Design and implement a regional RFQ template to ensure consistency across sites
  • Analyze transaction data to inform logistics decisions
  • Prepare RFQ packages and align supplier input data to meet Alstom's standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
  • Industrial processes knowledge and experience in logistics operations
  • Fluent English language skills, with optional German language skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural team environment
