Your Role
- Cultivate, establish, and maintain strategic relationships with media partners worldwide, including leading media organizations.
- Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to enhance partnerships and stimulate business expansion.
- Act as the primary liaison for media partners, ensuring robust and ongoing collaborations.
- Lead discussions and negotiations for partnership agreements and contracts.
- Create and present project proposals to both new and existing partners.
- Innovate new business models, develop business cases, and oversee implementation plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, data analysis) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Your Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, management consulting, or the media/publishing industry.
- Proven success in managing and expanding business partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Native proficiency in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to accommodate partners across different time zones.
