Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to drive revenue growth and expand our business network across Europe
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with our business objectives and target markets
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties
  • Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, including regular communication and performance tracking
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
  • Analyse partnership performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Partner Acquisition experience
  • Proven track record of success in partnership development and management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at various levels
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, pay attention to detail, and make concise recommendations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Flexible to take over any region (e.g., MENA) if required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
