About the Role
We're seeking a Business Development Manager - International Media Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our corporate development and consulting team, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing business relationships with our media partners across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance partnerships and drive business growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media partners, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements and contracts
- Develop and present project proposals to new and existing partners
- Develop new business models, build business cases, plan and execute implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stakeholders are aligned and projects are delivered and published successfully
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, management consulting, or media/publishing
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business partnerships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic thinking abilities
- Native proficiency in English; proficiency in German is a significant plus
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate partners in different time zones
