We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at Mondia Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners across Europe and driving revenue growth through effective partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Partnership Strategies: Create and execute strategic partnership plans to drive revenue growth and expand our business network across Europe.
  • Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with our business objectives and target markets.
  • Negotiate and Finalize Partnership Agreements: Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Manage and Nurture Relationships: Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, including regular communication and performance tracking.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Analyze Partnership Performance Metrics: Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Possess outstanding communication skills and proven experience in partnership management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive Network in Europe: Possess an extensive network in Europe for reaching out to new brands.
  • Previous Account Management Experience: Have previous account management experience, preferably in partner accounts or sales accounts.
  • Experience in Digital/Tech Companies: Have experience working in digital/tech companies serving telcos, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with Venture Capital: Have experience with venture capital (VC).
