Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team at I. K. Hofmann. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee time tracking and process monthly payroll
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient work environment for the finance team and department leadership
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Plan and execute meetings and small events
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as an IT service requestor for organizational IT matters
