About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the ZEISS Group as a Team Assistant, supporting the Head of Transformation and Operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, and coordinating travel itineraries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Sort and prioritize emails, focusing on critical topics and tasks
  • Organize internal and external events, workshops, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and communication
  • Assist in creating presentations and drafting communications, working closely with team members
  • Provide support on operational topics, such as purchasing, project controlling, and office management

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

Several years of experience as an assistant in a large global organizationA high level of commitment, flexibility, and team spirit, with a willingness to take responsibility and drive smaller projectsStrong communication skills, paired with empathy and the ability to navigate complex teams and functionsA creative and pragmatic approach, with a service mindsetExperience working with IT tools, such as Office365, SAP, and ITSMFluent English and German language skills
