Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in driving our business forward.
You will be responsible for identifying new customers, generating interest, building relationships, and optimizing our sales and CRM tools to work more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new customers: Find potential clients that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify their decision-makers.
- Generate interest: Qualify prospects and initiate first contact via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Build relationships: Actively cultivate valuable relationships and generate new leads.
- Optimize our tools: Further develop and automate our sales and CRM tools to work more efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

- Confidence and strong communication skills to build relationships with customers.
