Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take charge of the business development initiatives within the Automotive sector, particularly focusing on the European market, with an emphasis on Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process for key prospects in the Automotive industry across Europe, prioritizing the German market.
  • Lead the global sales team dedicated to the Automotive sector outside of Europe, with a focus on North America and Asia/India, to enhance the sales pipeline and effectively convert leads into customers, thereby achieving revenue and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling industry-specific value propositions that resonate in the market.
  • Represent Cyient at relevant industry events and networks, showcasing our capabilities and innovations.
  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships within the industry to strengthen Cyient's market position.
  • Actively contribute to the development and execution of Cyient's strategic initiatives within the automotive sector.
  • Report directly to the Global Head of the Automotive Business Unit.

Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in Business Development, Proven Track Record in Business Growth, and Experience with Memorandums.
