Your Responsibilities
You will lead our international product team, providing strategic direction and operational oversight for one of our key solutions.
You will work closely with our Head of Development to expand our product and development teams, as well as establish robust structures to support our growth.
You will collaborate with our executive team to develop our long-term product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
You will strike a balance between meeting customer demands and driving our long-term product vision, ensuring timely delivery of new features and functionality.
You will promote a culture of data-driven and problem-solving product development, driving innovation and excellence within our team.
You will stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, attending industry events, and expanding your professional network.
What We're Looking For
You have at least two years of experience as a Head of Product in the software industry, or five years of experience as a Senior Product Owner/Senior Product Manager or in a similar role, with a desire to take the next step in your career.
Optimally, you have experience building and leading a high-growth team or have been part of such a team.
Optimally, you have experience working with the hospitality industry or have a strong understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and make informed decisions.
You are proficient in both German and English, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.
