Job Summary:
Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing business development team and driving revenue growth through the development and execution of central strategy plans.
About the Role:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
- Develop and execute central strategy plans at a global and regional level with measurable KPIs.
- Promote and implement strategic initiatives locally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure the team delivers exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
About You:
- Several years of sales experience with complex technical applications.
- 7+ years of experience dealing with large customers, with excellent knowledge of the industry.
- 3+ years' experience leading a sales/business development team.
- Excellent knowledge of working with international and multifunctional teams, management, and stakeholders.
- Solution and customer-oriented approach.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
