Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the acquisition of new partners aligned with sales management strategies.
    • Manage existing partnerships to drive growth and maximize revenue.
    • Ensure partner compliance and program adoption.
    • Facilitate partner onboarding and support their success.
    • Monitor partner engagement through the portal.
  • Enablement and Growth
    • Organize partnership events to enhance relationships.
    • Develop local partner connections and internal collaborations.
    • Support partners in sales cycles and customer acquisitions.
    • Work with sales teams to drive partner growth and identify expansion opportunities.
    • Meet quarterly targets through existing and new partnerships.
    • Lead planning processes to maximize partner benefits.
    • Execute partner certification programs.
  • Collaboration and Data Hygiene
    • Define regional partnerships in collaboration with the Global Strategic Partnerships team.
    • Facilitate activities between partners, sales, and executives.
    • Ensure seamless post-sales team connections.
    • Provide insights on partner scoring changes and document use cases.
    • Manage partner conflicts and align cross-functional teams.
    • Accurately update partnership data in CRM systems.
    • Enable customer acquisition through effective partnership management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of years in partnership development or sales roles, preferably in CPaaS or SaaS.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of partnership development and sales success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
  • Strategic thinking abilities to translate market insights into partnership strategies.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
