Director of Partnerships and Business Development

At Mobvista, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and partnerships.
- Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close.
- Support communication with inbound leads and contribute towards the ongoing development of the lead qualification process.
- Manage multiple business initiatives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Coordinate with the Legal, Finance, and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.
- Conduct industry research for competitive benchmarking and to identify new market trends and opportunities.
- Represent Mobvista at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with partners & potential clients.
- BS/BA required, degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3 years minimum related to mobile/online advertising experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them.
- Self-organized and proactive with attention to detail.
- Data driven mindset and the ability to analyze data for proposals and negotiation.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and ability to perform under stress.
- 10-30% traveling required.
