Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Vertriebsprozess und bist für den Abschluss von Verträgen mit großen Praxen zuständig.
  • Du bist entscheidend für unseren Umsatz (MRR) verantwortlich und treibst die Aktivitäten sowie das Wachstum in Deiner Region voran.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Go-to-Market-Team und der Vertriebsoptimierung zusammen, um neue Wachstumsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren.

Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, bringst Du Folgendes mit:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im SaaS-Bereich.
  • Ein nachweislicher Erfolg: Du weißt, wie Du Deine Ziele erreichst und gehörst zu den besten Performern.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im deutschen Gesundheitswesen und weißt, wie Du mit relevanten Stakeholdern kommunizierst.

Der Auswahlprozess

  • Interview mit Deinem Talent Partner (remote - 45 Minuten).
  • Interview mit der/m Hiring Manager:in und Teamlead (vor Ort - 60 Minuten).
  • Ein Tag mit Deinem zukünftigen Team, um einen ersten Einblick in die Rolle zu erhalten.
  • Mindestens eine Referenzprüfung.
