Role Overview: In this pivotal business development role, the Lead Sales Executive will play a crucial part in engaging with the Investment and asset management sectors, elevating our brand presence. You will oversee comprehensive sales processes for both small to medium enterprises and large corporations, demonstrating your outstanding relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to foster business growth in the DACH regions.
- Identify and engage with key prospects within the Investment and asset management sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, effectively communicating our innovative offerings and value proposition.
- Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding experiences.
- Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities to sustain a competitive advantage.
- Provide insightful feedback to inform product development and market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the financial services domain (including buy-side technologies and operational solutions).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for quickly establishing rapport.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven history of surpassing sales targets (evidence of achieving annual quotas between $750,000 and $1.2 million, securing multiple contracts).
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Prior experience in selling SaaS or software solutions is highly beneficial.
