Director of Sales Operations

MBR Partners is a prominent player in the Telecom analytics sector, providing innovative solutions that empower Mobile Telecom Service providers worldwide to enhance revenue, elevate customer satisfaction, and minimize operational costs through a comprehensive suite of offerings.

With a robust portfolio of existing clients in the telecommunications space, this role emphasizes cross-selling opportunities. While experience with Vodafone Group (VPC) is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. This position offers flexibility, allowing for remote work within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve sales objectives; consistently meet or surpass established sales goals.
  • Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting, articulating the value proposition, conducting sales presentations, demonstrating products, to finalizing sales agreements.
  • Engage with clients to gain insights into their business requirements and aspirations; provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Foster enduring relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Prepare comprehensive and precise sales reports.
  • Analyze costs, competition, and market dynamics to determine pricing strategies.
  • Project sales volume and profitability for both existing and new offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Established relationships with major Communication Service Providers in Germany (1&1, O2 / Telefonica group, DT, and Vodafone).
  • Extensive experience in selling software solutions to service providers, including OSS, BSS, Network Testing, Service Assurance, Security, and Roaming.
  • Proven track record of presenting to and closing deals with C-Suite executives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in forecasting sales and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional negotiation and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a comparable role.
