Their innovative teams and the products they deliver assist clients, including a significant number of Mobile Telecom Service providers worldwide, in enhancing revenue, optimizing customer experience, and minimizing costs through their comprehensive portfolio.
The organization boasts a considerable base of existing Telco Service Provider clients in the region, making this role pivotal for cross-selling opportunities. While experience with Vodafone Group (VPC) is desirable, it is not a strict requirement. This position can be performed remotely within the region, despite having a major office location.
Become an integral part of MBR Partners, contributing to their vision of being the premier operational intelligence platform for the telecom sector, offering state-of-the-art analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives; consistently meet or surpass established sales goals.
- Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting, articulating the value proposition, conducting sales presentations, demonstrating products, to closing deals.
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and objectives; provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare detailed and precise sales reports.
- Analyze costs, competition, and market dynamics to determine pricing strategies.
- Project sales volume and profitability for both existing and new offerings.
Qualifications:
- Established relationships with major Communication Service Providers in Germany (1&1, O2 / Telefonica group, DT, and Vodafone).
- Extensive knowledge and experience in selling software solutions to service providers, including OSS, BSS, Network Testing, Service Assurance, Security, and Roaming.
- Proven experience in presenting to and securing agreements with C-Suite executives.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in forecasting sales and managing the sales pipeline.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Exceptional negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant technical discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a comparable role.
