Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to spearhead new business development for Manhattan Associates, primarily focusing on the German market. This independent role involves leading the formulation and execution of our sales strategy.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete sales process, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements, all while employing corporate sales methodologies and processes.

Here are essential qualifications for success in this position:

  • Solid experience in the software (ERP)/IT industry
  • Capability to design and implement sales strategies, develop market initiatives, and drive account-specific sales tactics.
  • Demonstrated success in client engagement and exceptional client management skills
  • Extensive background in Sales related to Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Fluency in German and English, with knowledge of Dutch being a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
  • Familiarity with WMS, Omni Channel, or TMS is preferred
