About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Account Executive team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 Account Executives, strategically optimizing productivity, implementing sales rigor, and coaching on sales best practices.
About the Team:
Our team is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our client, a Series A SaaS scale-up in AI for the Automotive & Manufacturing industry. We are a remote-friendly work environment with a team of 100+ people based in Berlin.
About the Client:
Our client solves a huge pain for engineering and development teams of large automotive / manufacturing companies. Their AI solution gives insight from different perspectives into the entire product life cycle, making different departments responsible for 1 product, work together seamlessly, with a tremendous ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4 Account Executives and further scale it
- Strategically optimize productivity, implement sales rigor, and coach on sales best practices
- Report to VP of Sales
Requirements:
- Native in the German language
- 2 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives who closed 6 figure deals
- 3+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience (closing 500K+ ARR deals) with a proven track record
- Living and able to work from the Stuttgart, Frankfurt or Munich regions
- Experienced in using and coaching MEDDICC / Value sales frameworks
- Hungry, a driven personality, with an absolute passion for closing
- A hands-on Sales leader who thrives in a hyper-scaling environment
What We Offer:
- 200-220K OTE range (60/40 split) + company car
