About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Partnerships Manager to join our Sales & Partnerships department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy and developing our portfolio of partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of partner managers to develop commercial partnerships and strengthen the joint customer base with our partners.
  • Drive the development of commercial business models with partners, including the reselling of partner services and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business to achieve our growth objectives.
  • Represent Personio at events with partners and their clients, evaluating customer-fit, sharing knowledge, and driving engagement.
  • Independently drive continuous improvement in the collaboration with our partners, including strategic focus and optimization of existing processes.
  • Develop new and existing training and event formats, and define necessary materials for knowledge sharing or marketing purposes.
  • Lead and grow your team, actively developing our partner managers through data-driven decision making, individual feedback, and workshops and training to enhance their skills.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Sales, Account or Partner management, or strategy consulting.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience and strong leadership skills.
  • Experience with commercial reselling models in SaaS, particularly reselling partner services and solutions.
  • Academic degree, ideally a Master's.
  • Strong commercial acumen and interest, with a proven track record of working towards commercial goals.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and structured working style, with a focus on numbers and results.
  • Ability to juggle multiple topics with different stakeholders while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and buy-in with our partners.
  • Fluency in German and English.
