About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our automotive OEM customers, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion with our automotive OEM customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, and develop and execute sales strategies to win new business.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate clearly and report timely on sales progress, against targets, and forecast mid-term revenue with regards to OEM-directed business.
Requirements
  • Technical University Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the automotive and semiconductor industries, preferably with first-hand experience in sales of MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Agility and Adaptability: Agile with MS Office and able to adapt to changing business requirements.
