Wir suchen einen motivierten Business Development Manager, der für die Planung und Implementierung der Verkaufsstrategien unseres Unternehmens verantwortlich ist und das Wachstum vorantreibt.

Ihre Aufgaben als Business Development Manager
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Umsatzsteigerung und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder
  • Identifikation potenzieller Klienten und Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen durch aktive Akquise und Betreuung
  • Marktanalyse und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Stärkung der Marktposition
  • Teilnahme an Messen, Veranstaltungen und Präsentationen zur Unterstützung des Verkaufs und zur Steigerung der Unternehmensbekanntheit
Ihr Profil als Business Development Manager
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken und Teamfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
