Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering strategic financial insights to our business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business lines to deliver strategic financial insights and drive business growth.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Develop financial models to aid decision-making and provide data-driven insights.
- Provide periodic reporting for senior management, including analysis and insights that link financial reports to business strategies.
- Deliver financial literacy training to staff to improve financial understanding and awareness.
- Review client accounts and projects to identify risks and underperformance of finances early.
- Undertake due diligence research on acquisitions and mergers to ensure financial viability.
- Communicate opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for financial optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the business to ensure effective financial collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or economic field.
- +6 years of experience working as a Finance Business Partner or Head of Finance.
- Professional qualifications, including completing an internationally recognized accounting designation such as CPA, ACA, ACMA, or ACCA.
- Experience working with business requirements and financial software.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with a large amount of information, and strong knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to make complex decisions and rationalize them according to others.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, including effective communication abilities with individual colleagues, relevant teams, and senior management and board members.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with financial software.
