We are seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Commercial Business Partner immediately. This position reports directly to the Commercial Excellence Director.

As a Commercial Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding divisional objectives and strategies, as well as facilitating their execution. Additionally, you will provide insightful analytics and actionable recommendations to the respective areas.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our weekly and monthly performance update sessions, guiding the commercial teams through performance evaluations. You will also oversee the coordination and implementation of structural changes, capacity planning, targeting, and segmentation initiatives. Furthermore, we expect you to assist sales leadership teams in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business partnership, performance management, and reporting
  • Execution of strategic marketing and sales planning
  • Collaborative definition and development of key performance indicators and reports to ensure effective management and oversight of sales and marketing objectives
  • Monitoring, evaluation, and interpretation of reports, with proactive escalation of anomalies to business partners
  • Advising and providing operational support in the planning and execution of the annual sales strategy for field operations
  • Assisting sales management in reviewing and optimizing the sales structure
  • Leading project management efforts in the execution of strategic sales initiatives (e.g., prioritization of healthcare professionals, regional structural changes, targeting, and segmentation)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in operational sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex data structures while maintaining business relevance
  • Independence in addressing topics and coordinating projects, driving them to success with support from a robust team within the Business Partner and Commercial Operations division
  • Quick learning ability, courage, and a passion for performance and development
  • Proficiency in German and excellent command of English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Marketing experience in the consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry
  • Background in market research
