Role Overview
The Global Non-IT Procurement team, part of our Global Sourcing and Procurement division, is essential in acquiring services and solutions worldwide.
Focusing on four primary categories: Professional Services and HR, Marketing and Communication, Insurance, and Facility Management, Energy and Logistics, this department ensures that internal stakeholders' requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
By fostering collaborative partnerships, we create an environment that encourages open communication and transparency, leading to mutually beneficial outcomes through strong relationships with both internal business partners and our network of suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct local, national, and global tenders using SAP Ariba Source to Contract, adhering to internal guidelines, laws, and regulations.
- Manage contracts and amendments within SAP Ariba Source to Contract.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including legal, compliance, data privacy departments, and procurement colleagues.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement within an internationally operating company or in global project management in matrix organizations.
- A degree in a commercial or technical field (Master's preferred) with several years of strategic procurement experience, ideally in Facility Management and Logistics.
- Fluency in German is required (as 80% of daily business is conducted in German), along with business proficiency in English.
- Experience in complex environments, demonstrating analytical, strategic, and management skills.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A hands-on approach with the necessary skills to successfully accomplish tasks and targets.
- Team-oriented, preferably with experience in international teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products and SAP Ariba (Source to Contract) e-Auction.
