Role Overview:
The Global Non-IT Procurement team, under Global Sourcing and Procurement, is crucial in acquiring services and solutions worldwide. Our focus encompasses four primary categories: Professional Services and HR, Marketing and Communication, Insurance, and Facility Management, Energy and Logistics. This department ensures that the needs of our internal stakeholders are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct local, national, and global tenders utilizing SAP Ariba Source to Contract, adhering to internal guidelines and regulations.
  • Execute procurement processes including proposal solicitation, evaluation, price comparisons, e-auctions, negotiations, and award decisions.
  • Manage contracts and amendments within SAP Ariba Source to Contract.
  • Prepare market research summaries and provide insights on market trends, supplier options, and potential alternatives.
  • Consult with business units on strategic and tactical procurement to enhance sourcing strategies and value.
  • Analyze procurement market spend and conduct benchmarking, focusing on best practices and total cost of ownership.
  • Coordinate with business units on demand requirements and explore bundling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and procurement colleagues.
  • Oversee comprehensive contract management throughout the entire lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement within an international company or in global project management.
  • A degree in a commercial or technical field (Master's preferred) with extensive strategic procurement experience, ideally in Facility Management and Logistics.
  • Fluency in German (required) and business proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in business-related functions is advantageous.

  • Experience in complex environments with strategic and management capabilities.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products and SAP Ariba (Source to Contract).
