Partner Engagement Marketing Manager

We are in search of a Partner Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving our partner marketing initiatives. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies, including:
- End-to-End Marketing Expertise: A solid grasp of product marketing, demand generation, event marketing, and paid advertising.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficiency in both short and long-form writing, with impeccable grammar and clarity in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with partners and internal teams.
- Experience in Partner Marketing: A background in partner or B2B marketing, ideally within the technology or analytics software sectors.
- Task Management: Ability to manage, track, and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of Partner Dynamics: Familiarity with diverse partner ecosystems, including VAR, GSIs, and reseller partnerships.
- Proven Success: A track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to inform strategies and measure outcomes.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Experience with platforms such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Language Skills: Additional languages beyond English are advantageous.
- Design and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Collaborate with partners to develop co-marketing campaigns that drive demand and enhance pipeline growth.
- Streamline the partner journey through effective market and campaign readiness programs.
- Support partner recruitment initiatives by aligning ideal partner profiles with existing demand-generation efforts.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing and partner teams, providing guidance and resources for successful execution.
- Facilitate partner enablement by creating marketing materials that empower partners to effectively promote KNIME's solutions.
- Leverage data analytics to assess the performance of partner marketing initiatives, measure ROI, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
