Position Overview:
The Partner Engagement Manager is tasked with fostering effective collaborations with our partners, ensuring the ongoing growth and satisfaction of these partnerships. This role encompasses the onboarding, training, and ongoing support of partners, equipping them with the necessary resources to thrive in a dynamic market environment. The PSM will also be integral to our NPS survey initiatives, promoting high engagement and satisfaction levels among partners and their customers. Furthermore, this position involves the continuous refinement of our Partner Certifications and Programs, emphasizing our dedication to partner success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Proactively cultivate and enhance robust relationships with current partners, identifying avenues for sustainable growth. This includes conducting regular performance assessments, feedback discussions, and strategic planning sessions in collaboration with the Partner Sales and Marketing Team.
- Onboarding and Training: Design and implement thorough training initiatives aimed at ensuring partners are proficient in our product offerings and partner programs, thereby maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Certification Development: Continuously enhance Partner Certifications and Programs, ensuring they remain pertinent and beneficial to our partners while aligning with Lucanet Group's business objectives.
- Issue Resolution: Assist partners in overcoming challenges that hinder their ability to deliver exceptional service to their customers.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of the partner program, enablement strategies, and NPS outcomes, collaborating with internal teams such as Partner Sales and Customer Success to drive improvements.
- Feedback Management: Act as the representative voice for partners and their customers within Lucanet Group, relaying insights to product and engineering teams to inform future product enhancements. Manage partner surveys and initiate actions based on the analyzed feedback.
- NPS Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to tailor the NPS process to meet the specific needs of our partners and their clientele, striving for high engagement rates and leveraging feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Service Offering Enhancement: Strategically improve and develop partner service offerings, overseeing their implementation within Lucanet.
- Tool Optimization: Evaluate and enhance partner experiences through the use of tools and automation, such as Partner Portal, Planhat, and Learning Management Systems.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is essential, with a strong understanding of European business practices.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture strong partnerships.
- Experience in Partner/Customer Success: Demonstrated capability to enhance partner service offerings strategically and manage their implementation.
- Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial reporting tools and concepts, supported by a background in Business Administration or experience in a financial setting.
- SaaS Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical concepts and SaaS operations is advantageous, with prior experience in a SaaS environment being a plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting, showcasing independence and self-motivation.
- DACH Market Insight: A solid understanding of the DACH market and familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial.
