Overview of the Position

The Strategic Partner Engagement Manager is pivotal in cultivating fruitful collaborations with our partners, ensuring the ongoing enhancement of our partnerships, and equipping them with essential resources for mutual growth and partner satisfaction. This role encompasses onboarding, training, and the expansion of our partner network, guaranteeing they are prepared to adapt to the dynamic market demands and effectively deliver our solutions. The manager will also significantly contribute to our partner satisfaction metrics, ensuring high engagement and contentment among partners and their clients. Furthermore, as a Strategic Partner Engagement Manager, you will oversee the continuous improvement of our Partner Certification and Program initiatives, underscoring our dedication to partner success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Proactively nurture and grow robust relationships with current partners, pinpointing and executing strategies for sustainable growth. This involves conducting regular performance assessments, feedback discussions, and strategic planning sessions in collaboration with the Partner Sales and Marketing Teams.
  • Onboarding and Training: Design and implement comprehensive training initiatives focused on service delivery alongside internal enablement teams, ensuring partners are well-acquainted with our product offerings and partner programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Certification and Program Enhancement: Continuously refine and advance Partner Certifications and Programs, ensuring they remain pertinent and beneficial to our partners while aligning with the business objectives of LucaNet AG.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist partners in overcoming challenges that hinder their ability to provide optimal service to their clients.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of the partner program, enablement strategies, and satisfaction metrics, collaborating with internal teams such as Partner Sales and Customer Success. Utilize insights to drive enhancements and communicate key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Feedback Integration: Act as an advocate for partners and their clients within LucaNet AG, relaying insights to product and engineering teams to influence future product developments. Manage partner surveys and spearhead initiatives based on the analyzed feedback.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) Oversight: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to tailor the NPS process to the specific needs of our partners and their clients. Aim for high engagement rates and leverage feedback to enhance partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Service Offering Development: Strategically enhance and develop our partners' service offerings, overseeing the implementation of these services within LucaNet.
  • Tool Optimization: Evaluate and enhance partner experiences through the utilization of tools and automation, such as Partner Portals and Learning Management Systems.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is essential, with a strong understanding of business practices in Europe.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to cultivate and expand meaningful relationships with existing partners.
  • Partner/Customer Success Expertise: Experience in enhancing and developing partner service offerings from a strategic perspective.
  • Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial reporting tools and concepts, ideally with a background in Business Administration or experience in a financial setting.
  • SaaS Knowledge: While technical issue resolution is not a primary responsibility, a foundational understanding of SaaS operations and concepts is advantageous. Previous experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced, international context, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
  • DACH Market Insight: A solid understanding of the DACH market and familiarity with Salesforce will be beneficial.
  • Willingness to Travel: Openness to travel within the DACH region as required.
