Position Overview:
The Partner Success Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering effective collaborations with our partners, driving the ongoing enhancement of our existing alliances. This role encompasses equipping partners with essential resources to promote mutual growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include onboarding, training, and expanding partner capabilities to meet the dynamic market demands and facilitate the successful implementation of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current partners, identifying avenues for sustainable growth through regular performance assessments, feedback discussions, and strategic planning sessions in collaboration with the Partner Sales and Marketing Team.
- Onboarding and Training: Design and implement comprehensive training initiatives alongside internal enablement teams to ensure partners are proficient in our product offerings and partner programs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Certification Development: Continuously refine and advance Partner Certifications and Programs, ensuring their relevance and value to partners while aligning with the overarching business objectives of Lucanet Group.
- Challenge Resolution: Assist partners in overcoming obstacles that hinder their ability to deliver optimal service to their customers.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on the efficacy of the partner program, including enablement metrics and feedback results, in conjunction with internal teams such as Partner Sales and Customer Success. Utilize insights to drive enhancements and communicate key performance indicators to senior management.
- Feedback Mechanism: Act as an advocate for partners and their customers within Lucanet Group, relaying insights to product and engineering teams to inform future product developments. Manage partner surveys and spearhead initiatives based on analyzed feedback.
- NPS Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to tailor the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process to meet the specific needs of partners and their customers, aiming for high engagement rates and leveraging feedback to boost satisfaction.
- Service Offering Enhancement: Strategically improve and develop the service offerings available to partners, overseeing the implementation of these services within Lucanet.
- Tool Optimization: Evaluate and enhance partner experiences through the use of tools and automation, such as Partner Portals and Learning Management Systems.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is essential, with a strong understanding of European business practices.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to nurture and expand robust relationships with existing partners.
- Customer Success Expertise: Experience in enhancing and developing partner service offerings from a strategic perspective.
- Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial reporting tools and concepts, supported by a background in Business Administration or a related field.
- SaaS Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical concepts and operations within SaaS environments is advantageous.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
- DACH Market Insight: A solid understanding of the DACH market landscape and familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial.
