Position Overview

The Strategic Partner Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering productive alliances with our partners, ensuring the sustained growth and satisfaction of both partners and their customers. This position involves comprehensive onboarding, training, and support to empower our partners to adapt to market changes and effectively deliver our solutions. The role also encompasses overseeing our Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives, promoting high engagement and satisfaction levels among partners and their clientele. Furthermore, you will be tasked with the ongoing refinement of our Partner Certification and Program offerings, underscoring our dedication to partner success and customer contentment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and enhance robust relationships with current partners, identifying avenues for sustainable growth through regular performance assessments, strategic discussions, and collaborative planning with the Partner Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Onboarding and Training: Design and implement thorough training initiatives in collaboration with internal teams to ensure partners are proficient in our product suite and partner programs, thereby maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Certification Development: Continuously evolve and improve Partner Certifications and Programs, ensuring they remain relevant and beneficial to our partners while aligning with business objectives.
  • Challenge Resolution: Assist partners in overcoming obstacles that hinder their ability to provide optimal service to their customers.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the partner program, including enablement metrics and NPS outcomes, collaborating with internal teams to leverage insights for continuous improvement.
  • Feedback Integration: Act as an advocate for partners and their customers within the organization, relaying insights to product and engineering teams to inform future developments. Manage partner feedback initiatives and drive actions based on collected data.
  • NPS Oversight: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to tailor the NPS process to meet the specific needs of our partners and their customers, aiming for high engagement rates and utilizing feedback for enhancement.
  • Service Offering Enhancement: Strategically improve and develop our partners' service offerings, overseeing their implementation within the organization.
  • Tool Optimization: Evaluate and enhance partner experiences through the use of tools and automation, such as Partner Portals and Learning Management Systems.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is essential, with a strong understanding of European business practices.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to nurture and expand strong partnerships.
  • Experience in Partner/Customer Success: Demonstrated capability in enhancing partner service offerings and managing their implementation.
  • Financial Acumen: A background in Business Administration or experience in a financial setting, with a solid grasp of financial reporting concepts.
  • SaaS Knowledge: Familiarity with technical concepts related to SaaS operations is advantageous, with prior experience in a SaaS environment being a plus.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, international setting, showcasing independence and self-motivation.
  • DACH Market Insight: A comprehensive understanding of the DACH market and familiarity with Salesforce will be beneficial.
  • Willingness to Travel: Openness to travel within the DACH region as necessary.
