About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our data and insights business at smartpatient GmbH. As the Head of Data and Insights, you will be responsible for developing and improving our data and insights offerings, establishing a scalable business model, and building and maintaining a strong network of pharma partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Improve Data and Insights Offerings: Define the development and improvement of our data and insights offering, ensuring it meets the needs of our pharma partners and stakeholders.
  • Establish Scalable Business Model: Establish and refine a scalable business model that allows for strong growth and expansion of our data and insights business.
  • Build and Maintain Pharma Partnerships: Build and maintain a strong network of pharma partners and stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with our data, product, and design teams to implement and fine-tune our data and insights offerings.
  • Deliver High-Quality Data Products: Ensure the delivery of high-quality data products to our clients, meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Lead Business Development and Sales: Build and lead the business development and sales team for our data products, driving growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience in Data-Driven Business: 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a strong focus on establishing and growing B2B relationships.
  • Healthcare Industry Expertise: Demonstrated success in working with or within healthcare (digital health) companies, ideally those providing products or services to pharmaceutical clients.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate product value and refine pitches in presentations and written communication, with strong analytical skills for making data-driven decisions and strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A customer-first mindset in product development and delivery, with excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
