Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and broaden an international network within the robotics industry
  • Foster partnerships with robotics manufacturers and software developers
  • Identify and engage potential collaborators to enhance the robotics ecosystem
  • Drive organizational growth by attracting and securing international partnerships
  • Work collaboratively across departments to address partner requirements and enhance performance
  • Spot opportunities for synergy with current partnerships
  • Establish long-lasting, mutually advantageous relationships and collaborations
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to boost company visibility
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management
  • In-depth knowledge of automation technology, both hardware and software
  • Practical, communicative, self-driven, and eager to learn
  • Strong interest in industry trends and effective goal attainment
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills in both German and English
